The Digital HR course prepares you for roles such as HR Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Personnel Specialist, among other possibilities within the field.
- The HR Consultant role involves providing expertise in HR strategies, policies, and organisational changes, specifically focusing on optimising HR processes using digital solutions.
- A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent, utilising digital tools and strategies to streamline the hiring process.
- Meanwhile, a Personnel Specialist manages administrative HR tasks like record-keeping, benefits, and compliance. They often integrate digital tools to increase efficiency.
No prior knowledge is required to participate in our course. If you speak German (minimum level C1), have a school-leaving certificate and an interest in learning how to master personnel management, you are more than welcome to attend!
