The Digital HR course prepares you for roles such as HR Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Personnel Specialist, among other possibilities within the field.


  • The HR Consultant role involves providing expertise in HR strategies, policies, and organisational changes, specifically focusing on optimising HR processes using digital solutions.


  • A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent, utilising digital tools and strategies to streamline the hiring process.


  • Meanwhile, a Personnel Specialist manages administrative HR tasks like record-keeping, benefits, and compliance. They often integrate digital tools to increase efficiency.

No prior knowledge is required to participate in our course. If you speak German (minimum level C1) and have an interest in learning how to master personnel management, you are more than welcome to attend!
